    My recent stay at Baglioni Hotels in Santa Croce, Florence was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff's level of service exceeded all expectations. They were incredibly helpful, pleasant, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home-it truly felt like visiting family. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the charming old Palazzo setting to the beautifully soundproofed rooms that provided a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city.One of the aspects that truly stood out was the impeccable attention to detail in the rooms. From the separate tub and shower that offered a touch of luxury to the cozy heating and top-notch air conditioning, every feature was thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort. The complimentary toiletries provided were of high quality, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Additionally, the flat-screen TV in the room allowed us to unwind after a day of exploring the city, providing entertainment at our fingertips.Furthermore, the hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient to explore Florence's culinary scene. The proximity to renowned dining establishments like Enoteca Pinchiorri and Ristorante Mamma Rosa allowed us to savor the best of Italian cuisine with ease. With such exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and a prime location, Baglioni Hotels in Santa Croce has undoubtedly set a new standard for our future travels. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough-it truly exceeded all expectations and made our stay in Florence unforgettable.
